Romanian Shipyard to Recruit 300 Vietnamese Welders

The Vard Shipyard located in Tulcea, Romania, is planning to recruit approximately 300 Vietnamese welders and metalworkers to strengthen its workforce amidst a surge in orders. This recruitment effort highlights the increasing demand for skilled Vietnamese labor in international projects, emphasizing their expertise and dedication in the shipbuilding industry.

A Prominent Partnership
In this significant recruitment drive, the International Labor Cooperation Company is partnering with the Huong Nhu Advanced Welding Technology Center to provide up to 100 skilled workers for this project. The collaboration demonstrates the trust international employers place in Vietnam’s ability to deliver highly competent and experienced professionals.
